[sudoroom] Does anyone have or know someone with a Vinyl (or other) printer

If you look at this attached file, its for the sign for sudoroom this art
murmur.
Matt and I made a signboard yesterday that's 2 ft across, so that's the
size we'll need to print. I know someone mentioned ace monster toys has
this device, but i don't know how or who to contact there?
