[sudoroom] IRC channel for sudoroom

Hi sudo'ers!

We set up an IRC (chat) channel for sudo room.

For those who already know how to use IRC, the channel is #sudoroom on
irc.freenode.net

Otherwise you can go to:

  http://webchat.freenode.net/

Choose yourself a nickname, type #sudoroom into the Channels textbox,
fill out the captcha and click Connect.

The user named ToyBot is a bot on loan from #acemonstertoys. You can
learn how to use ToyBot by saying:

  ToyBot, help
