I would love to as well... Had been considering the dance studio room, for shooting greenscreen video, as well. Have a two Mic FireWire and optical interface, and a $100 Mic, and a great business plan for a record lable, but would need to help create any governance or agency entity if I were to feel comfortable being more than a tenant/equipmentsharer.

I would love to start recording music at sudo room as soon as possible. I am not sure whether you guys are suggesting donating the equipment listed above to sudo or using it for a separate studio, but I guess my question is why we couldn't use it in the current spacr (is it too small?).

I have also become wearied by the presence of non-sudo music on our soundsystem. I have a Korg Triton Extreme, a 4 channel digital looper and a Korg Electribe looking for a good home. I will get back to you guys on this in January, as long as the room is secure.

It has been brought to my attention that there is a real and immediate opportunity to start a mix down / mastering / computer music studio in an office adjacent to Sudo Room. If we can find 3 - 5 more people willing to move forward on this we can open ASAP.



The room is the behind the door at the top of the stairs from the front entrance behind the reception area. There are two rooms there separated by a door (which could actually be prefect for a recording booth setup, but no guarantees there).



I have studio monitors, a Launch Pad (Ableton Controller), and a small midi keyboard that I would be willing to move in.
Let me know if you are interested in this project and let Eddan know if you want to see the room.
