[sudoroom] meeting notes & planning for state of the room

FRIDAY NIGHT HOUSEWARMING PLANNING:

added a tab on the gdoc to plan the friday night housewarming:

our plan was to have people with their projects in different parts of the
room ready to talk about their project and show it to anyone who drops by.
please add to the tab above whether and when you will be there and what
your project will be.

we've also discussed having the common room set up as a living room/lounge
with a movie playing on the wall. we'd discussed scientific/education
movies and i thought this might be a good place to start looking for

thoughts?

finally, the last piece is how we would like to lure people upstairs from
the street. we had discussed having folks on their computers on a fold out
table down on broadway (and we already have volunteers for that), but if
people have other ideas for something we can do outside to bring people
upstairs, feel free to discuss on this thread or bring to the meeting
tomorrow.
