[sudoroom] urgent dues reminder: please pay them as soon as possible

please note that the list of everyone who has paid and how much they've
paid is on the seventh (!) tab of the google doc (

the breakdown of the wepay would be great as well.

(also i know we were experiencing some bugs with incorrect amounts showing
when people tried to use the donate button. i just tried it and it appears
to be functioning correctly again. please let people know if you try to use
the wepay and experience any bugs.)
