[sudoroom] Projects Page on the Wiki

Hi all,

I have created page for projects on the wiki:

http://sudoroom.org/wiki/Projects

I have updated links with the intention of this page to be a starting point
for all other project related pages. If you want to create a new page for
your project, name it "Projects/Your Project Name" and the breadcrumbs will
be consistent.
