[sudoroom] The Compact (getting real)

Hey Ya'll,

After some discussion at the last meeting on Monday, there is positive
feedback on finding at least 23 people to agree to and ratify "The Compact"
hackerspaces.org/wiki/Sudo_room/Compact

So, we'd like to take final tweaks / copy-editing / etc until tomorrow,
then offer a chance for everyone who wants to to ratify the Compact to SIGN
IT by next Monday August 13th, 2012.

Note, this is under the assumption that we will likely adjust and change
the Articles using the described process for amendment, especially in the
next few months.
