[sudoroom] Needed: Fiscal Sponsor

Just spoke with Rachel, who said Noisebridge would be amenable to such a
sponsorship, especially if we implemented a consensus-based decision
process in our organizational structure ;)

And Rachel did I hear you say you would be down to facilitate our learning
& practice of these processes..?
