[SpaceProgram] Uwingu- Indiegogo biz startup to Fund Space Exploration, Research, and Education

Uwingu is a private company (LLC) that is seeking $75k in startup funds to create a business that will provide grants to fund space exploration, research and education.  Their biz model seems to be selling Apps.  Doing a bit of net searching they have backing from XCOR etc.
