Interesting! I'd say Part II, Milestones 1, 2, 6?
I would also like to draw attention to the tonnes of documents National
Academies Press and RAND have on the topic of space. One example is the NASA
Space Technology Roadmaps and
Priorities<http://www.nap.edu/catalog.php?record_id=13354>
.
We should condense some of the priorities & focus areas from the many
blueprint/roadmap/vision documents out there then open two public threads.
One to see the agreement with the focus areas we're going to select, and
another to start brainstorming projects that can be undertaken.
