[SpaceProgram] Lagrange Solar Sail Challenge

That would kick all kinds of ass. It's audacious, and I love the competitive aspect. Also sounds like real kickstarter bait, and could get different sponsors for different teams (perhaps solar power companies amongst others, and companies who want to look more solary, like Shell)
