[SpaceProgram] HOPE conf panel, DARPA HSP progress

Space Program folks ...

This coming weekend is the HOPE (Hackers on Planet Earth) conference in NYC.  I will be there as will PsyTek, one of the other HSP proposal contributors.   On Sunday there will be a panel "DARPA Funding for Hackers, Hackerspaces, and Education: A Good Thing?"  http://www.hopenumbernine.net/schedule/#darpa
Any of you other folks going to be there?

I would like to meet up with as many interested people as possible while at HOPE, and perhaps on my quick drive cross continental usa (northern route NYC-Yellowstone-LA) during July.

DARPA has made the next step on contract negotiations - and asked for some clarification, resubmitting of our tech/mgt/cost proposal.  More on this as we get deeper into understanding their request & our questions.
