No, I don't think it's necessary as the 100YSS should be (hopefully)
organizing this sort of events so I think we can rely on their own
symposium...
Although we would have to describe and build the mechanisms to ensure good
communication and coordination between the different projects across
timezones, languages and cultural barriers.
