(Europe) Icarus Interstellar says

entire interstellar community in the spirit of inclusiveness, openness,
transparency and participation for all."

So, taking Kelvin at his word, perhaps a logical first step is to contact
the Project Icarus folks, and discuss ways in which the global Hackerspace
network could contribute to the project?

Any thoughts about how best to approach that?
