Has anyone heard of the "Open Source Starship Alliance" aka "Starship Alliance" aka "Global Starship Alliance"

I initially stumbled on them on Facebook ...

where their About page directs to the website
   http://www.starshipalliance.org/
which calls itself the Global Starship Alliance.

Alas for an Open group, there is very very little info about it.
