[SpaceProgram] whitehouse.gov petition to support hackerspaces

Hi Cole,
Nice, definitely an audacious move to get more attention on Hackerspaces.
However, I feel that the petition could use more specificity because the
government is already supporting a few Hackerspace related projects.
Is it too late to make amendments to the petition?
