[Spaceapi-devel] Please add Apollo-NG Hackerspace to SpaceAPI directory

Everyone can mirror the directory but a new space should added to 
OpenSpaceLint's directory as the main source while the mirrors sync with 
it.

Otherwise the Space API validator doesn't make sense. Or how should the 
validation be done in the distributed network?
