[Pen] New AP needed

Anyone have any advice on a b/g/n (b not needed, just kinda nice) access point that has good to great range?  I currently have an ancient linksys wap54g.  It is on the side of the house (inside) and it totally sucks for range when on the outside of that wall...it sucks.

So, if anyone has experience with a good AP, let me know.  Budget isn't a concern, but under 200 (150) would be nice.

I have used a half dozen different clients, all with similar issues.
