I was meaning to take some sort of wiki page for it.

Simple put it's a wimax device from Clear, a Ubiquiti Picostation 2, and
a home made dual port PoE injector, all inside of a plastic filing box.
There's a cable that comes out of it to be connect to a 12V car battery.
