I'm really sorry, but I can't make tomorrow night. Next week might be feasible, to be seen.

In any case, as said on the channel, I would take on board doing the finance accounting/book keeping (after having done so for CCCongress 2019 already).
I'd set up a sheet for that tomorrow and I'd use a Google sheets to do so unless someone who really really needs edit access to the sheet screams because they don't have a Google account.

To give some perspective upfront, we currently have nearly 430 EUR of cash, which I'll bring to the event. Other than that, I'm happy to advance money for anything that we need to get the FHB going for the event.
Basically: if you spent money for the FHB (after confirming with Algoldor and/or myself!) and you need that money back right now, let me know and we'll handle that. Otherwise, we'll sort it at MCH directly somehow. Rest assured that you will be paid for anything that is/was confirmed necessary for FHB!

Aside that, I'll take care of the occasional emptying of the donation jars and Anek confirmed to help with that - thanks a lot!
