Hi to all,
I've created the page for granos tibicos/water kefir on our wiki

All of the above needs to be checked and improved, take it as an 
opening. We need to add literature, that is I think really important and 
I would also suggest a list of non profit/commercial places which offer 
the grains for sale and which have a good reputation.
