Caching; did need up to 24h to update the recipe index. I reduced the 
expiration time to 6h now and mentioned the issue in the instructions. 
Alphabetical sorting does not work now, not sure why. Might have to do 
with the categories...

To do the thin air trick, just enter your page title into the search 
box and hit enter, MediaWiki will suggest to create the page then.
