Hi to all,

I added a new table with planned events.
We can add events which are not finally set to a date to this table.
@Nadia: can you add your events to that table too.

I think we should separate. What about starting the beer tasting at  
7pm and at 9:30pm the wine tasting. Then there is enough time if we  
have to split up one of the tastings in two sessions. What do you  
think about?
