[foodhackingbase] Organising FHB @ OHM2013

Hi,

Quite a lot has happened already on the wiki for the food hacking base at
OHM2013:

But we still need to do some work on this, preferably as soon as possible.
Which brings me to the question: Do we want to give structure to the
organisation of the FHB? The way I see it is that we could make an
inventory of all that needs to be planned and arranged and by whom: What,
When, Where, Who.

What do you think? If you prefer a more act-as-we-go approach, that's
absolutely fine by me,
