Hi,
if you get a good list together will you share it out?

I am familiar with the alcoholic fermentation chapters of Wild
Fermentation, and I have read Strong Waters too. They are pretty good for
beginners, but one area that is generally not covered well is All Grain
beer brewing.

I am aware that this is not considered 'beginner' material, but I would
like to see a good novice oriented complete explanation.

There are some all grain brewing techniques that are very beginner friendly
(like brew in a bag) and the science behind it is quite interesting too.

regards,
Richard
