Quite a lot has happened already on the wiki for the food hacking base at OHM2013:

But we still need to do some work on this, preferably as soon as possible.

Which brings me to the question: Do we want to give structure to the organisation of the FHB? The way I see it is that we could make an inventory of all that needs to be planned and arranged and by whom: What, When, Where, Who.

>> I will be ready to coordinate what I can but for sure I can not and I do not want to do "too much", it would be nice to leave some space for others so what, when, where and who sounds great :-) The people are getting involved already - lots of discussions out of list and build up of the wiki, we will post more to the list soon but we did not wanted to clog it. If you feel like please step up, it is now four of us really discussing the staff and planning, more=merry.

>> I have got echo that the camping ground should be open to the public on 24th of July, but that is not official yet. I plan to be in the area from 20th of July most likely based in Amsterdam. I wonder who can come to the event in advance to help with preparations and build up (preparations mean also lots of brewing and food prep in advance for foods&drinks which needs to mature) and when, plus when do you need to leave (4th of August being the last day, can you stay one extra day)?
