[foodhacking] cold room wiki, uploading pictures - how?

I have uploaded first picture on our wiki, so we have some example to work with. I added this code

 I wonder if it is possible to move the description of the photo "A little snack maybe?" in the middle or preferably directly under the picture and take out that kind of rim which is around, is it because of the gallery setting?

Does it looks puzzling enough? Tasty right? :-) So now how to work with that? Or with some other picture which we want to have on the front page ...

Hi to all,
As you can see I have added the cold room project to our wiki and asked who would like to join it on the OHM 2013 event wiki. Please edit, discuss, help! :-) It is in the stage of discussion.

I would like to upload some pictures to get our wiki nice graphical touch and I wonder how to do that. Shall we upload smaller size pictures (500 kb, or less?) as thumbnails with the link to flicker or something like that? Or shall we go another way, if so which? I'm not sure what is the "best" solution, I have been recently advised (and have seen it on several hackerspaces wikies)  to go the way of small thumbnails and link to some photo sharing account/page where the higher resolution picture sites.
