This is very important info from Tg about our organic vegetables/fruits and dry stuff order for OHM 2013. I'm really busy now so it would be nice if someone could go through that and have a look on it. I will not get back to food ingredients before Saturday (properly I mean) I have now the build up project to coordinate.
So please check the info, have a look on the prices and lets think how much would +-15-20 people need to eat 3x per day for 4.5 days + party.
Sincerely,

Hi Frantisek,
this mail summarizes how the order system works.
Pick what you need and it will be delivered on Day 0 / July 30th, when the order
should be paid.
To be able to go through with the order, a minimum order amount is required from
all the villages together, this is 130 EUR for veggies and 350 EUR for dry
ingredients (above 450 EUR free delivery, below that 25 EUR extra for delivery,
which will be shared among the villages)
You can invite more members to the village account via the edit user page.
For De Nieuwe Band not the whole product list is online, you can suggest x-cluded
items from https://order.foodcoop.nl/foodsoft-popup/products/dnb-ohm.csv
(Remove the x from the first field and send me the updated file, product number is
http://www.denieuweband.nl/producten/detail/$product_number)
For certain products there is a minimum order quantity due to bulk packaging,
the tolerance field means the maximum number of extra products you're willing to
take if there are not enough orders from other groups to fill up the minimum
order for it.
