[Finance] Model donor letter for US 501(c)3 donations?

Hey everyone,

As part of year end, am doing donor letters for the first time for our makerspace.
(We were fiscally sponsored for the previous year)
Would any of you be willing to share the base document for your donor letter?
I’m not a US national - and want to make sure we’re using language appropriate for the tax system here.
