[hs-equality] schedule a hangout?

Hey I'm going to start the hangout now and email links to everyone on here
who expressed interest. We can have up to 9 people in the hangout, so hope
we don't reach that limit this time.
I'm going to start making a wiki page to capture the meeting too.
