I object to some statements in this post based on that they seem to
grounded in a somewhat incomplete/distorted view of events and

As being involved with the 113 team I am surprised to hear that. I do
not want to assign blame, but could you get me/us in contact with them
to learn why they didn't call us and what we could have done better
and/or improve next time?
