[hs-equality] Areas of the website

So since I hate reinventing the wheel but do love wikis, and
hackerspaces.org is graciously hosting this mailing list, I've gone
ahead and created this page...

I've added and moved some things around based off of Willow's general
site idea.

Other than a proper SSL cert and theme, all the site needs now is
authors and content.

Speaking of which, who wants access?
