I think most of what we've been chatting about here on this list has
been multiple cans of worms. :P

I want Hacker Equality to have some sort of charter or guidelines that
other hacker spaces/groups can sign off on and slap some sticker on
their site saying "Yes we're not being dicks, we don't discriminate,
we follow the guidelines provided by Hacker Equality."

I don't want a policy, I want something that other people can
collaborate on and we can eventually alter to fit all our wants/needs.
