[hackerspaces] Luxembourg: warp3 replacing level2

Some changes in Luxembourg.

syn2cat had to leave their old hackerspace https://level2.lu/ and 
created a new one https://warp3.lu/ in a tiny town nearby.

The old place was an office building where we had a part or a storey.

The new location is a dedicated building with 3 garages totalling 
approximately the same size as before.


For people near Luxembourg, you are kindly invited to the official 
inauguration of our new place on 25th of April.
