[hackerspaces] Goodbye, Cecilia!

This is one of those emails we never want to write, but are, alas,
inevitable.

Some of you might have known Cecilia Tanaka, which was active in this list
and in the Brazilian hackerspace scene. It's with deep sadness that I come
here to bear the news of her passing. (Cause is unknown to me, but this was
confirmed by members of Brazilian hackerspaces that were close to her.)

She was an ever bubbly presence, was a good friend, and will be missed.

Please join me in a minute of silence.
