When I read the title and first sentence, I thought the article would be about Firefox hackers. 

By the second sentence it became clear that was instead an op-ed straight out of Redmond. This is shocking that Mozilla is misusing the term hacker in this way. They should be ashamed of spreading such anti-hacker propaganda.
