[hackerspaces] Creating a list of all active hacker spaces

Good that you want to improve the current list. There is an ongoing
activity to keep the list updated, see
https://wiki.hackerspaces.org/Hackerspace_Census_2019 how you can
attribute to this.

As mentioned by others, starting a new (manual) list is IMHO not the best
way. Better is to improve what we have already.
