[hackerspaces] Experience with Borrowing equipment/stuff?

At Melbourne Makerspace (Florida, USA) we have a similar, informal rule
like Milwaukee Makerspace.
Ours is so informal I don't think we even wrote it down!
We will be stealing it and putting it on our wiki now!
