[hackerspaces] Webcam Matrix

My local space HSBNE has what I'd consider the best of both worlds.

We have security cameras, recordings expire after 1-2 weeks so we can check
back if shit happens. This is not publically accessible and is only
available to exec/people responsible for areas.

Then what we publish is a snapshot every five minutes of our largest
outside and inside area at http://porthack.hsbne.org/webcams/

We've never had stalking issues, because we have 24/7 access control for
members and if it became a problem we can just remotely nix their access.
