[hackerspaces] Harassment and anti-discrimation policies

Tampa Hackerspace reached out to our insurance agent to see about D&O
(directors and officers) insurance. We were informed that we need both
harassment and anti-discrimination policies in place before we apply. They
didn't have any boilerplate text for these policies.

Has anyone else obtained this form of insurance and created suitable
policies?
