[hackerspaces] RFC: security alarm and access control systems in use

I forgot to add that at the CoG, we've added the ability to have a QR code
sent to your phone that is read by a Pi with camera, which in turn sends a
code to the door system to unlock the door if appropriate. Saves lots of
lost key calls.
