soooo. Conclusions so far:

A lot of people don't know how to use email lists, and this causes them 
to believe that they're being spammed/harassed.

Dumb people find smart people threatening.

Because of this, they report to the management that they feel 
threatened/harassed.

Now, how should the rulers react?

At LHS they seem to be saying 'if people say they feel threatened by 
you, it doesn't matter why. You must be the problem'

Is that a good kind of culture for hackspaces?
