Nope, still seeing it. But I just did some experimentation and found
out that it isn't dependent on browser or device. Rather I see the old
page when not logged in and the new one when logged in. Same behaviour
on desktop and mobile.

Inspecting the source produces below indications that a not logged in
user gets served a page cached on 20140325104746 while a logged in
user gets one cached at 20150204164708.

I haven't been able to refresh the cache by using the ?cache=purge
parameter, the page is served with timestamp 164708 whatever I do.
Isn't it supposed to be a global purge?
However, if I use the ?cache=purge as non logged in user, I do get the
new page with 20150204164708 timestamp. But when reverting back to the
raw url without purge the old page is served.

Hope this will help somebody adjust the cache configuration ;).
