[hackerspaces] Improve hackerspace diversity - Donate to Ada Initiative

Seems the conversation went the route of the bike shed anti-pattern.

Anyways - we decided to encourage female participants to organize and lead
activities - events, workshops, etc.  Seems to be work, attracted more
diversity.  Finger-pointing not included.
