What constitutes harassment is rather dependent on culture. My 
understanding is that a lot of things that are fine in European 
workplaces will get you fired in American ones. And vice versa. Would 
you hazard to give concrete examples of behaviour that has bothered you?

Mind you, the fact that it bothered you is in itself already an 
indication that it is indeed harassment or making your space a place 
that isn't part of your comfort zone. Which in my book it should be for 
as many different people as it possibly can be.
