[hackerspaces] membres hogging space and a lot of tables

It's not.passive-aggressive if everyone is aware of the rules up front.
Resources (including available space) are finite, and that's one that
impacts everyone.

Not sure why there'd be any question of this not being made clear from the
get-go to all involved; that's a bad idea in and of itself.
