[hackerspaces] Hackerspace admin software recommendations?

Hi from Kansas.  We are currently through Phase 1 and halfway through Phase
2 on your list.  For Phase 1 we are using WildApricot
<http://www.wildapricot.com/>which is a webbased member management system
that costs $50/month.  Our space's membership costs $10/month and it only
took a couple months for WildApricot to pay for itself by offering easy
self-management of membership to our community.  For Phase 2, see this post
<http://makeict.org/wiki/index.php/Electronic_Door_Entry> on our wiki,
which includes a link to the software in development via bitbucket.  Phase
3 is also planned in the future and it shouldn't be too hard to implement
once Phase 2 is complete.  Wild Apricot has an API that we plan to connect
to our access control system for automated updating of who has access to
what at our space.
