[hackerspaces] Safe Space Policies?

No, what I’m saying is that hackerspaces should have a clear commitment to diversity, which means having an anti-discrimation and pro-diversity policy in place and very clear so people know they are welcome and when they encounter negative sexual, racist, or similar behavior, they know it isn’t tolerated by a group of people that are likely largely strangers to them instead of being the norm.

Can you wrap your mind around that?

So what you're saying is that hackerspaces should conduct exit
interviews when new people leave after their first visit?
