No, he said that whoever tries to create diversity in hackerspaces is an activist going against the hacker culture in place and any minorities that come to the space should accommodate themselves to that culture or leave, rather than try to make the spaces more welcoming to people that aren’t the norm there (which is where the “white, male, het” thing comes in).
