Suggesting filling the building with occutards frankly a) doesn't change
or help the situation, and b) would indicate to a judge an intent to act
in bad faith with regards to the tenancy contract.
The reality is that the landlord gave the 30 days' notice required by
contract, and in doing so acted in good faith. No matter how
inconvenient that may for NSL be in terms of timing and logistics, those
are the terms that were agreed to. Basically squatting on the property
(which is essentially what your suggestion boiled down to) wouldn't go
over well in a court of law, since that would be acting contrary to both
the letter and intent of the contract. It would also be incredibly
counterproductive in terms of addressing the immediate needs.
